PHARR COMMUNITY THEATER OFFERS NEW PLAY The Community Theater production of Una Huelga Singularia by Jose Manuel Alvarez, presented by the Pharr Literacy Project and Cultural Arts Center, offers a new opportunity to see live theater for the Rio Grande Valley.
